The discussion portion of the event will take place before the book signing and will not require a wristband. In order to receive a wristband for the signing line, you must purchase a copy of Clockwork Princess from any Barnes & Noble location and present the receipt at this location to receive your wristband. Wristbands will be handed out beginning at 9:00 AM on March 19 at B&N. You may bring other books from home to have them signed as long as you have purchased Clockwork Princess and received a wristband. Each person in line is required to have a wristband.

In the MTV Hollywood Crush‘s Favorite YA Novel of 2012 poll many votes were cast. After all the votes were tallied up City of Lost Souls took the top spot!
When told the news Cassandra Clare had the following to say to MTV:
“I’m so happy that so many have embraced the story of Jace and Clary and their friends,” Cassie told Hollywood Crush of the honor. “This fifth book was a pleasure to write but also sad because I knew it meant the end of the ‘Mortal Instruments’ was drawing closer. It will be bittersweet to say goodbye to the characters next year!”
