Shocking Still From Tonight’s Episode of Beauty and the Beast! Beauty and the Beast First Look: Alex Gives Vincent a Goodbye [Spoiler]!
February 14, 2013 07:00 AM PST
Tonight’s Beauty and the Beast (The CW, 9/8c) marks Bridget Regan’s final turn as Alex, who last was seen freaking the fluff out upon learning Vincent’s secret. But if she is about to exit stage left, it appears she will first give her ex-fiancée something to remember her by.
And no, that ain’t Cupid’s arrow jabbing into his neck on Valentine’s Day.
“Alex is a nurse who’s used to really high-stakes situations, so it’s not like she hasn’t seen truly horrible things in her life,” Regan told TVLine right before last week’s big reveal. “But what Vincent is dealing with is out of this world. It’s just so extreme.”
So, looking at this exclusive photo from the episode (aptly?) titled “Trust No One,” maybe Alex believes to have in that syringe something to soothe the savage beast? Or (gulp) something that will put him down, for good? (And what is with the look she is giving us?!) Share your theories in comments

Beauty and the Beast Producer Previews Pivotal Episode Ahead, Possible Death
February 15th, 2013 10:34
Last night’s Beauty and The Beast featured the show's first Valentine’s Day episode, replete with sweet gestures, flash mobs and, of course, some life and death situations.
Following an early screening of “Trust No One," Executive Producer Brian Peterson sat down to talk about some of what we saw, while also giving us a look ahead to next Thursday's pivotal episode, “Tough Love.”
Why the Valentines Flash Mob? Peterson said he and the writers loved the idea of showing Vincent and JT’s varied approaches to the perfect Valentine’s gift. “The idea of the flash mob came up and we were like ‘that’s awesome’ because it’s so relevant right now for something that, especially JT [as] an online person, would be so aware of."
For Vincent, he went out on the romantic ledge, so to speak, with one goal in mind: “Seeing the joy on his face watching Catherine enjoy it."
Have we seen the last of Alex? While her future was not clear in last night’s episode, Peterson hinted, “there’s a chance she could show up again.” And if you were someone leaving not-so-positive comments about Alex’s presence,, Peterson saw this as a good thing.
“For me, that meant that they were really invested in Cat and Vincent and they were really rooting for them, which is what I want…so the fact that they would hate someone stepping in and moving in on her territory, for me means that everything is working just right and people are investing the way we want them to in our two leads.”
More issues for Cat and Vincent We all saw how quickly Vincent ran back to Alex a few weeks back and Cat is not going to forget that anytime soon…nor will her spirited sister. “You’ll see, especially in the next episode [that] it will cause some internal conflict with, obviously, Heather," Peterson said, adding that, in terms of Cat and Vincent, they’ll be fielding more drama and danger when "every other part of the show starts to implode on them in the external world as far as the other people in their lives, at the precinct and Muirfield...
"It all kind of comes back in right when they’re trying to figure their own relationship out.”
More coming for Tess If you’re a fan of Cat’s partner, you’re going to like what’s coming: “She’s going to have a really interesting journey in these next few episodes in her relationship with Cat, her relationship with Joe and with her relationship with the vigilante.” Also, watch for Joe to feel torn between his desire to be with Tess and his child from his marriage (even though, hey, she’s in an institution!)
Who Is Good? Who Is Bad? “Good and bad is so relative, right,” Peterson said. “I think you can trust for the most part why people are doing what they’re doing. For the most part, what they’re saying their doing is valid right now on the show.”
Evan’s devotion to Cat = TROUBLE Evan may only want to continue to protect Cat, but it could land him six feet under if he’s not careful. For him, Peterson teased, it will be, ‘Why is this person I care about doing all these dumb things?’ so he’s in that position of ‘I need to protect her from herself, basically’ and so he’s going to continue to protect her in ways and get involved in things he should never get involved in, all to protect Cat.”
New Romance? We saw the sparks fly last night between Joe’s brother, Darius, and Cat’s sister, Heather 0 and there’s more to come. “In the next episode, everything gets turned on its head,” said Peterson. “[Darius] will be a huge part of episode 13.”
The producer also said next week’s episode is the most pivotal of the series: “The tragedy of Vincent’s nature and his instinct to protect switches everything up.” Asked if we’ll see any characters killed off, which Jay Ryan has hinted at, Peterson paused and then said:
“That could happen.”

First Look at Sendhil Ramamurthy on Beauty and the Beast
TV Line has our first look at Sendhil Ramamurthy on Beauty and the Beast. He will appear in the next episode titled, Any Means Possible, which airs March 14th.
Beauty and the Beast Exclusive: Your First Look at Vincent and Catherine's 'Great Antagonist'
Beauty and the Beast‘s Catherine and Vincent might not want to pull away from that midseason finale-ending liplock, because a brand-new buzzkill is entering their orbit — and TVLine has an exclusive first look.
As first reported by TVLine, Heroes/Covert Affairs alum Sendhil Ramamurthy is joining the freshman CW drama on March 14 as Gabe Lowan, an ambitious Assistant District Attorney who “basically creates a task force specifically to hunt [Vincent],” EP Brian Peterson told us. “And Cat ends up on that task force, so she ends up smack dab in the middle of everything.”
Of course, within VinCat’s world, it seems that no one can ever be taken at face value, and that’s the case with ADA Lowan to be sure. Says Peterson, “We find out, as things unfold, that he and [police captain] Joe have a little bit different motivations in finding this thing.” EP Sherri Cooper previously teased the same twist, saying the ADA “wants to crack down on crime, and you think it’s because of his ambition – it would be great for his career if he could bring in New York’s newest menace — but we’ll reveal [the real reason] why.”
With Lowan lurking around the NYPD, Cooper said Ramamurthy’s character will prove to be “a great antagonist for Vincent and Catherine.”

They've already kissed. Has the time finally come for Beauty and the Beast's Catherine (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) to go all the way? We may find out on the sexy March 14 episode of The CW drama when the star-crossed lovers attend a glamorous masquerade ball.
"We start with this beautiful kiss, and things heat up very quickly," teases executive producer Brian Peterson. "They're definitely going to have an amazingly romantic night."
And in early April, Catherine and Vincent will pay homage to the original late-'80s Ron Perlman-Linda Hamilton series by going "subterranean," Peterson says. "Then there is a massive move to a new location and, for our last few episodes, we will be meeting people from Catherine and Vincent's pasts."

PRE-FINALE EPISODES Though Evan is now out of the picture, another guy will raise the hairs on the back of the beast's neck. “[ADA] Gabe [Lowen] has a connection to Cat that Vincent doesn't have,” executive producer Jennifer Levin notes, “but it's not real 'jealousy' that Vincent feels. It's something he can't quite put his finger on.” On a more domestic note, watch for J.T. to score himself and his bud cool new digs. “It's not a warehouse, it's not a tunnel, and it's awesome,” Levin teases. “We tried to find something that was a place you wanted to be yet felt like a place where they'd be hidden. We hope everybody really likes it!”
MAY 16 SEASON FINALE Titled "Never Turn Back," the freshman closer will in part deal with the aftermath of a massive reveal made in the penultimate episode. In addition, “Someone's life will be in jeopardy — and it will surprise you who is involved,” Levin previews. “And Cat will discover something about her family that will change everything.”

Beauty And The Beast Season 2 Definitely On It’s Way!
Spoilers are on the way for the season 2 of Beauty And The Beast that’s in the works
Hollywood Hills reports: Hey, “Beauty And The Beast” fans. Yeppers, the show is totally renewed for a season 2. Actually,CW gave it an early renewal back in late April,so you guys can breathe a sigh of relief ,and get ready to see new spoiler teases in the next couple of days when the producers reveal their initial teases.
This show actually started off, kinda slow, but really picked up in the back half of this season. Additionally, CW renewed “Hart Of Dixie” for a season 3, which is totally shocking to me as I expected that show to flop in its first season,WTF? I will say that the star of that show, Rachel Bilson, is an absolute hottie.
Anyways, CW also gave Vampire Diaries’ new spin off show, “The Originals” a green light for its 1st season, so that’s great.
